By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using LinkDirect, you agree to these Terms.
1. About LinkDirect
LinkDirect.co operates the LinkDirect platform.
LinkDirect provides smart link and routing tools designed for affiliates, agencies, creators, publishers, and performance marketing teams. The platform helps guide supported social traffic toward the device browser or another available destination.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use LinkDirect.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LinkDirect complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, your business, your campaigns, and your audience.
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for:
keeping your login credentials secure;
all activity performed through your account;
ensuring that only authorized persons access your account;
notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account without our permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe that it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
4. The LinkDirect service
LinkDirect may provide:
smart links;
intermediate redirect screens;
browser-aware routing;
attempts to open links in a device browser;
fallback options when automatic opening is unavailable;
click and routing analytics;
custom subdomains;
site scripts;
link management tools;
account and subscription management.
The exact functionality available may change as the platform develops.
5. No guarantee of browser opening or conversions
LinkDirect depends on third-party environments, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, websites, and affiliate platforms.
These third parties may change their technology, restrictions, policies, or behavior at any time.
LinkDirect does not guarantee that:
every link will open in an external browser;
every device or application will support the same routing method;
affiliate cookies or sessions will always be preserved;
every lead, sale, or conversion will be correctly attributed;
the service will increase revenue or conversion rates;
a third-party website or application will accept the redirected visitor.
LinkDirect is a routing and optimization tool, not a guarantee of commercial results.
6. Links and destination content
You are fully responsible for:
every destination URL created through your account;
the content, products, services, and claims available at the destination;
having permission to promote the destination;
the legality and accuracy of your campaigns;
your affiliate disclosures and advertising obligations;
your use of tracking parameters and identifiers.
LinkDirect does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party destination pages.
We may access destination URLs for technical purposes, including validation, metadata retrieval, security checks, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use LinkDirect to:
distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software;
conduct phishing or impersonation;
mislead users about the destination of a link;
commit fraud or facilitate illegal activity;
distribute spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
violate intellectual property rights;
collect personal data unlawfully;
bypass security measures or access controls;
promote goods, services, or content prohibited by applicable law;
interfere with LinkDirect infrastructure;
overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service;
violate the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, or another platform;
create links that may damage users, third parties, or the reputation of LinkDirect.
We may block a link, domain, or account immediately where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, malware, phishing, legal risk, or harm to users.
8. Custom domains
LinkDirect may allow you to connect a domain or subdomain that you control.
You are responsible for:
having the legal right to use the domain;
configuring DNS records correctly;
maintaining the domain registration;
ensuring that the domain does not infringe third-party rights;
removing or updating DNS records after ending your use of LinkDirect.
Availability of SSL certificates and custom domain routing may depend on third-party providers.
We may deactivate or remove a custom domain connection when your subscription ends, the domain presents a security risk, or you violate these Terms.
9. Subscriptions and payments
Certain LinkDirect features require a paid subscription.
The applicable price, billing period, currency, taxes, and included features are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider presented during checkout. LinkDirect does not receive or store your complete payment card number.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or another cancellation method provided in your account.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout:
cancellation stops future renewals;
access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
unused time is not converted into account credit;
partial billing periods are not refunded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation or refund rights that apply under applicable law.
11. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may:
attempt to collect the payment again through the payment provider;
notify you about the failed payment;
provide a limited grace period;
restrict access to paid features;
pause links, custom domains, or redirect services;
suspend or terminate the subscription.
You remain responsible for unpaid amounts incurred before suspension or termination.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep LinkDirect available and reliable, but we do not provide a guaranteed service level or uninterrupted availability unless agreed separately in writing.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
maintenance;
updates;
security incidents;
infrastructure problems;
external service providers;
DNS or SSL issues;
changes introduced by social platforms, browsers, or operating systems;
events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
13. Analytics and data accuracy
LinkDirect analytics are provided for informational purposes.
Statistics may be affected by:
bots and automated requests;
browser privacy protections;
blocked scripts;
network failures;
duplicated requests;
missing referrer information;
third-party platform behavior;
technical estimation and classification.
We do not guarantee that analytics will exactly match data from another platform.
14. Intellectual property
LinkDirect and its software, design, branding, documentation, website content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to LinkDirect.co.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account remains active.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected parts of LinkDirect except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain responsibility for and rights to the links, domains, campaign information, and content you submit.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when:
you violate these Terms;
payment remains overdue;
your use presents a security or legal risk;
your links are associated with abuse;
your activity may harm LinkDirect, users, or third parties;
we are required to do so by law or a service provider.
Where appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to explain or correct the issue. Serious abuse may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
You may contact [email protected] to appeal a suspension.
16. Disclaimer
LinkDirect is provided on an āas isā and āas availableā basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, and commercial performance.
You are responsible for testing links before using them in live campaigns.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkDirect.co will not be liable for:
lost profits or revenue;
lost affiliate commissions;
lost conversions or attribution;
loss of data;
business interruption;
reputational damage;
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
changes or failures caused by third-party platforms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of LinkDirect.co arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for LinkDirect during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
18. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from:
your destination links or content;
your campaigns;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of law;

Third-party platforms and handoff compatibility
LinkDirect depends on systems controlled by third parties, including Meta services such as Facebook, Instagram and Messenger; TikTok; Apple and iOS; Google and Android; browser vendors; DNS and certificate providers; networks; and destination websites. These parties may change in-app webviews, browser-opening permissions, user-agent information, deep-link behaviour, APIs, security controls or policies at any time and without notice to LinkDirect.
A third-party update may cause an automatic handoff to become guided, delayed, degraded or unavailable temporarily or permanently. LinkDirect may replace, limit, pause or discontinue an affected method and provide a normal redirect or fallback instruction instead. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkDirect is not responsible for third-party changes or restrictions outside its reasonable control and does not guarantee that every visitor will leave an in-app browser, that a native browser or app will open, or that attribution, cookies, conversions or revenue will be preserved.
